Have a short, natural conversation with me (voice is welcome) about my building: which floors, which rooms on each floor, the level of features I want, specific quantities (lights, outlets, shades) and building-wide extras (door station, weather station, EV charger, alarm system, visualization). Ask targeted follow-up questions until you know every room — do not make anything up. Then give a short summary and finish with ONLY a JSON code block in exactly this format (no text after it):

Pick the closest one (storage/pantry → hwr, hallway/foyer → flur, patio/balcony → aussen, walk-in closet/mudroom → ankleide).
